The Technical Department of NTC Hosting would like to inform you that a pre-upgrade maintenance is to be performed on SupCenter10.co.uk on January 24th, 2008. The maintenance is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST), with around 2 hours expected downtime for all web hosting services.
The procedure will include re-arrangement of the server partitions, which is to be performed in order to prepare the server for an entire replacement of its HDDs (Hard Disk Drives) with new better and faster ones. In result the working order of the server will be boosted substantially and the current occasional timeouts, some of you might have been facing from time to time, are expected to disappear.
The installing of the new hard disk drives is scheduled for next week, about which we shall inform you well in advance. Hopefully, the boosted performance of the server will suit the utmost requirements for professionalism and working balance. We guarantee that all the data stored on the server will not be affected in any way and would like to apologize for any inconvenience you might suffer during the downtime.
