How to activate Anti-spam Protection for your mailboxes

Setting Anti-spam protection for your mailbox is a simple 3-step process, requiring just a little bit of your time.

1. First, you need to log into your web hosting Control Panel. To do that, click on the Control Panel login link in the upper right corner of you screen. Now fill in your login details in the Members Area Login form. Click the 'Login' button to continue.

2. In the Control Panel, pay attention to the Email Options section where you will find the Email Manager icon. Click on it.

3. Already in the Email Manager, select the mailbox that you wish to set Anti-spam Protection for.

3.1. Now click on the 'Anti-spam Protection' button to select the protection level.
3.2. Using the drop-down menu, specify the preferred Protection level. You can choose between Very Low, Low, Medium, High and Very High.

3.3. Now select the desired action. You have the option to delete a spam message or redirect it to a certain email address.

3.4. To redirect spam emails, select a spam mailbox using the drop-down menu on the right.

In this example we select 'Delete' and click the 'Apply' button to activate anti-spam protection.
The green pop-up message will confirm for you the anti-spam protection activation.

Now you know how to set anti-spam protection for any of your mailboxes.
