How to change your FTP account password - Overview


1. To change your FTP password you must log into the Control Panel of your web hosting account. To do that - mouse up to the Control Panel login link in the upper right corner of our page. Then fill your web hosting account username and password in the corresponding Members Login Area form and hit the Login button to go straight to your Control Panel.

2. Next click on the FTP Manager icon under Site Management.

3. Once in the FTP Manager section - click on the Edit icon for the FTP account you wish to change the password for. Then type and re-type your new FTP password in the two password fields. To confirm the password change - click the Apply button.

The green message will confirm for you that the new FTP password has been set successfully.
