How to drop a PgSQL database using the phpPgAdmin tool - overview


1. The first step is to log into your web hosting Control Panel. To do that, you need to click on the Control Panel log-in link in the upper righ corner of our page. Then you need to fill in your account username and password in the Members Login Area form and hit the 'Login' button to go straight to your Control Panel.

2. Once in the Control Panel - navigate to PostgreSQL Databases in the Site Management section and click on its icon. 

3. Once in the PostgreSQL Databases management panel - you can open the phpPgAdmin tool in two ways, by clicking on your database name or on its corresponding 'phpPgAdmin' icon.

3.1. In the phpPgAdmin panel click on the PostgreSQL database name in the lefthand sidebar. Then you will see a list of all PostgreSQL database management options. 

3.2. Next click on the PostgreSQL submenu and select the database that you wish to delete. 

3.3. Click on 'Drop' to confirm the requested PostgreSQL database deletion.
