How to set an email auto-responder for your mailbox through the Control Panel

1. To start, log into your web hosting Control Panel, clicking on the Control Panel log-in link in the upper right corner of the page, entering your personal hosting account login details and clicking the 'Login' button to proceed.

2. Once you are logged into your Control Panel, look at the Email Options section and click on the first icon named Email Manager.

3. In the Email Manager - select the mailbox you wish to set an Auto-responder for and then click the Auto-responder button.

Here you are given the option to set a custom message that will be returned back automatically in response to any emails sent to your mailbox.

One of the most common uses of the Email Auto-responder is in business correspondence. It provides an immediate response to incoming messages informing the sender that the recipient is currently not able to reply back.

3.1. When ready with the Auto-responder message click on the 'Save' button to confirm your update. The green pop-up message will confirm for you that the Autoresponder option has been set successfully to your mailbox.

3.2. If you wish to edit the existing Auto-responder settings - you can do so by selecting the desired mailbox and clicking on its corresponding 'Actions' button in the Email Manager panel.

You already know how to easily set an Auto-responder to your email mailbox.
